Responsibilities:

• New Patient Evaluations
• Follow Up Patient Appointments
• Internal Patient History Updates
• Monthly Insurance Reports

Qualifications:

• New York State Physical Therapist License required
• Interest in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation required
• Manual Therapy Technique Skillset preferred
